Well we don't stand still for long at EOA. Who are we. Echoes of Apollo (EOA) is a 2 person operation. Pat Barthelow and myself, Robert Brand got together just 2 years ago to celebrate the 40th anniversaries of the Apollo missions and to stimulate space outreach and education. Both of us are amateur radio operators and so it seemed obvious. World Moon Bounce Day (WMBD) was formed - well it's more like a weekend. We have had distinguished guests and even had the participation of Arecibo as we spoke to people all over the world by bouncing radio signals off the moon like a mirror. [...]
